陳嬋娟 — Tiffany Chen

Born in Kaohsiung, Taiwan in 1953, Tiffany Chen earned a Master's degree in Arts from Chinese Culture University. With over 39 years dedicated to Eastern gouache painting (膠彩畫), she has developed a deeply personal artistic language that bridges Eastern and Western traditions.

In 1999, she relocated to the United States, where she expanded her practice to include portrait oil painting and sculpture, studying at The Art Students League of New York.
