陳嬋娟
1953年生於台灣高雄 ，中國文化大學藝術學碩士。專攻膠彩創作39年 。1999年移居美國後進入紐約Pratt Institute進修油畫肖像畫 ，又轉至The Art Students League 學習雕塑人物胸像 。現在是紐約The Art Students League 會員 。台灣綠水畫會理事長。專職教膠彩畫。
Tiffany Chen
Tiffany Chen was born in Kaohsiung, Taiwan in 1953. She graduated with a Master of Arts in Arts Degree from Chinese Culture University and has specialized in Eastern Gouache creations for 39 years. After moving to the US in 1999, she studied portrait oil painting at Pratt Institute in New York, later transferring to The Art Students League to study bust sculpture. She is currently a member of The Art Students League of New York. Tiffany is a professional Gouache painting instructor and serves as the Chairman of the Green Water Painting Society in Taiwan.
